So we're hands on, and can deliver solutions flexibly and exclusively to your company. We can effectively take on the role of your HR Manager, and support your changing business needs. And, we offer ad-hoc telephone advice too, so if you just need some guidance on smaller points we happy to help. Most competitors charge a monthly retainer, but we charge by the hour so it's absolutely fair. This way you pay for the help you need, when you need it.
